SIA workshop organised by GRET and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Haiti

19-20 July 2007 in Fort de France, Haiti

GRET, in cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers, organised a two day SIA workshop in Port au Prince, Haiti. The purpose of the workshop was to present the final report “Sustainability Impact Assessment of EU-ACP Economic Partnership Agreements (EPA) - Summary of findings, policy recommendations and lessons learned” and to discuss the finding with Haitian stakeholders.
The workshop took place in the Plaza Hotel on 19-20 July 2007 and was attended by more than 35 representatives from Haitian NGOs and private sector, members of the Haitian parliament, local government, the ministry of Commerce, the French Embassy, the European Commission and the regional organisation CARICOM.
